AB WYLDS ReCently Walter Forster, one block east of Ripley on the 8th concession, had a laminated steel; covered barn measuring 72 by '- 40 feet erected at his farm. This one .is low in height, compared to the frame timber one destroyed last summer by fire, However it was finished just in tine for this wintry weather. It is a Quonset. 'shape and is post free. It was raised in one day by two men from the Peirson Buildings at Pet- erborough in Eastern Ontario. Assisting them were several-local men namely. Murray Culbert, John'Smith, George Harkness, Bob Love, Ardill Mason, Don McCosh. Dick McCosh, John Gamble, Len Clark, Gordon Patterson, John Bernard, Jim Brooks, Jack Farrell and Stewart Shiells. • • * • • recently were Donald Blue in Vic- toria Hospital in London and Mrs. Mervyn Hooey in. Welland. Mrs. Jim Bradley and baby daughter arrived home from ViC- toria Hospital in London, on Sunday. . Mr. and Mrs. Duncan Farrish spent Sunday evening in Petrolia and attended the hockey game where they saw son David per- form for the Stratford team. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Macken- zie and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Hamilton were guests at the R,otteau-Kernpton wedding on Mr. and Mrs. Ewan MacLean were visitors in Wyoming during the past week. Mr. and •Mrs. Art Matthewman spent the week end in Acton and Toronto.
