Cur- ling bonspiel was held last Satur- day , starting early in the morn- ing, at the Ripley Curling Arena. Winner of the trophy this year was a team headed by Clarence P011ock of Ripley. Besides the Emrnerton.families, friends Mr. and Mrs. Norman Crozier of Sarnia are 'strong supporters and were, up this year, as in past years -to-take -part in the-bonspiel. In past years Gord was the pitcher on that great Pine River Softball team and now takes part in•bowl- ing and Curling. After the bon- spiel the forty-fout present gath- ered at the.
