dental needs of the future He

replace. The proposed medical
centre would offer office facilities

up, to a maximum, of $60,000.
When final figures are received,
the matter would receive further
study and in particular, if the
tender price was above this figure.
Orville Elliott pointed out that
the building would be self support-
ing from rental and that the muni-
cipalities would only be involved
in the original capital costs.
Allan Maclntyre questioned if
the present doctor's offices had
e'*er been considered or if an'ap-
proach had been made in this re-
gard.
Mr. Elliott stated that a large
lot was available to the commit-
tee at a price of $3000 and that
the matter of parking was a mat-
ter which had to be considered
closely.. The proposed lot would
offer ample parking, 24 cars at
the rear Of the building.
Asked from the audience if the
doctor's were interested the reply
from,Mr. Elliott was, "10016".

Ross McRae, members of the
Bruce County Board of Edtication
for Kinloss, Lucknow, Culross and
Teeswater, addressed the meet-
ing. Mr. McRae resides in Cul-
ross . He has completed-4-years
on the board and announced his
,intention :of standing for office
again. •
He reported that his four muni
•cipalitieswere the best in Bnice
to serve. During his.four years,.
only' two letters ,.of the many
which come to the board ,"came
from his ward.. One was about a
fence question, which hid not
been• settled by the local board
when they left office in'Culross
and the other was'from a lady •
who wanted support in having
Sesame Street returned to TV.
The county .budget for •educa-
tion is $11,900,000. Transporta-
tion costs are between $5000 and
$6000 per day. •
P. A. Murray, a former coun-
cillor , Reeve and Warden' of Bruce
was called on, for a ,few words. Mr;Mr
Murray was concerned about the
new election regulations which
would allow a person to .live in
the municipality for a feW weeks,
not own property and yet be elect-
ed_t_O'rouncil, "He ht have
no more interest in the township
than the man in the moon", corn-,
mented Mr. Murray.
Phone felt a resolution should
go out .to all municipalities in
Ontario and-Y-stroirgTeprese-nia-
tion be made to the Department
of Municipal Affairs to have this
changed: "This is rotten, this
is terrible", Mr. Murray said:

recent years the itemizing of each

Allan MacIntyre said he felt
the ratepayers would 'like to read
the detailed report of accounts
paid. . '

in' regular session on November 6
at 7.30 p.m., the reeve and all
council ,present.
After the minutes of the regular
meeting of October 2nd and spec-
ial Meetings on October 5th and
23rd were confirmed, the follow-
ing business was dealt with.
