EARL CASLICK William Earl Caslick (Earl) of Whitechurch passed away at Vic- toria Hospital, London, on,Nov-. ember 2, 1972 as a result of injur- ies received in a car accident, in' which his wife, daughter and son- in-law were also seriously injured when another vehicle failed to observe a stop sign and struck their car broadside. Mr. Caslick was born in Culross Township on September 12, 1891. He was the son of the late William Caslick and Mary. Wilson Hark- ness., , He was married to Priscilla ~Ivlary~(Ma7nie)` Hill at her horne--in- Kinloss ToAenship on March 29 1916. , He is survived .by his wife, three daughters, Aleta, Mrs. Wallace tonn;b1 Whitechurch; Elda , Mrs: Ronald coultes, R. R. 5 , Wing- ham; Erma, Mrs. Russell Ross, R. R. 5, Lucknow; two sons, William, R. R. 2'Teeswater„ and Wilford, Wingham; one sister!, Jane, Mrs, David McAllister, He was predeceased by one brother, George also ir1945. He survived by 18 grand- children and 6 great grandchild- ren. Mr. Caslick farmed on the 2nd Concession of Culross Township, continuing the farming operation that his father was engaged in and which business is now being con- tinued by his son William. ' He retired to Whitechurch in 1949 from the farm, but still re- tained an interest in farming, and continued to assist with farm activities to a limited degree up to' the time of his injuries in the car accident. 'Funeral services were conduct- ed Saturday, November 4, 1972 at 2.00 p.m. from the R. A. -Currie-Fu-nera-17-Homei-Winghalit, .by the Rev. The bride's mother wore a floor- length gown with a yells* bodice and figured skirt crimplene dress. The groom's mother chose'a floor-length dress of polyster crepe of deep pink bodice and figured skirt. Their corsages were deep, mauve miniature carnations. ForTravelling-the-bride -chose-a-- two-piece sailor navy seersucker dress trimmed with-red' and white. She' wore a nautical figured 4 floppy hat and matching purse and a red carnation corsage.
