Roost Meeting
The. regular-rneeting.of the
Riders Roost Saddle Club was, held
at the Taylor P.M.A. Stables
with an attendance of 37. We
hope to have both a trail ride and -
a riding meet before the. snow
gets here to stay.
The club is selling tickets on a
pony saddle. Money, is to be
used to- finanCe the Club and to
get the movie picture, The White
Stallion, to be, shown in Decem
ber.
Carolyn Taylor, club president,
had on display two rii-velY tooled
belti with silver buckles to be
given to the two juniors selling
the most ticketi. The saddle and
belts will be on display'in Luck • -
now.
Ken Taylor showed a slide, pres-
ntatien-from-the-Arahia n Horse
Association from the state of CoL-
orado. The pictures were beauti-
ful-and were muh enjoyed.,

Lucknow is invited to the-4th
Annual Juvenile Tournament at
winter months. One of these was
a trail ride which had to post-

owing to wet and cold weather,
however some of the members did
gather at the Taylor farm and
took down fence and gathered up
barrels, also pulled up poles,
after which they were invited to
stay for films, coffee and hot

Four teams are again entered,
they are Lucknow Holyrood,
Kintail and Kingsbridge -Port Al-
bert.
