quality of cattle since it started.

morning and as this is being writ-
ten about 2.15 p.m. , water had
not been restored.
Many village businesses, who
depend on water in their services,
were hard hit by the interruption
and a church supper at the United
Church, in the process of prepara-
tion, also experienced multiple
problems.
