The Riders' Roost Saddle Club
held its first "Olympiad" horse
show at Taylor's PMA Stables on
the 12th concession of Ashfield
township, Sunday, October 1st.

Officials were pleaged with the
large turnout of 37 riders and horsy
es from LucknOw, Ripley, Kincar-
dine, Goderich, Brussels, and
Wingham. This large contingent
was divided into three divisiOns.
The Tyke division was for rid-
ers 11 years old and younger, the
Junior division for.riders 12 to 16
years old and Seniors 17 years old
and up.
Riders from each of the three
divisions competed for ribbons
and gold, silver and bronze med-
allions. ' • '
