Mrs. Harvey Webb, formerly of
R. R. 1 • Wallow, now. of Wing-
ham; has returned home following
a three and .a half week holiday
in. Englanci and Scotland. She
was accompanied by Mrs. Steve
Stothers of Lucknow.' •
The two ladies were met at
London, England airport by their
son and daughter ; Dan and Ruth
(Webb) Rose and, three children;
David. Alison and Sheila.
' The Rose family, who were in
Ghana, West Africa for the past
year, had been touring ,
Europe by van since July 15.
Their two mothers joined them.,
for a most enjoyable tour of
England and Scotland.
Sight-seeing places of interest
included-the Military Tattoo in

Edinburgh and the Braemar 'Royal
Highland Society, which featur-
ed competitions in Scottish music
and dancing.. They also visited
Lochalsh, Scotland and the Isle
of Skye..
, In England they spent a week
end with Mr. and Mrs. Wm.
Bradbury and family at Hutton,
Rudby. Mrs. Bradbury is the
former-Agnes Stothers,._
The Rose family left England
on -September 19th, returning to
Ghana for another year where
Dan is on an agricultural exchan-
ge program arranged through the
University of Guelph. He has
been agricultural representative
at Emo in the Rainy River district
Of Northern Ontario for a number
of years.

plane ,for Toronto, arriving in
Wingham on July 15. She,report-
ed a very interesting and enjoy-
able holiday,with'the Rose fam-
ily.
