DRAMA.,
The Drama Club met on Tues
day, September 12th to reorganize
for the upcoming year. Nomina-
tions for the various executive
positions were held and these are

ed in Lucknow on Fri ay evening.
PORT ALBERT GETS BY
In boy's 12-16, Port Albert play-
ed-against Kingsbridge. The sec

R,DHS ROLLS INTO MOTION
With the commencement of
activities at RDHS this, month
comes the election of officers for
the student council. Nominations
for the post of president are
C,armon Courtney , Sally 'Elliott
and Dianne,MacKay; for vice
president are Bonnie Boyle, Sally
Harrison arid Sandy Pollock; for ,
secretary are Kim. Farrell., Eliza
beth MacKay and Bruce Nicholson
and for treasurer are
Margie Collins, Gail Messenger
and Mark Smith. In an attempt
to seek support, the candidates
and their campaign managers
have livened the halls of RDHS
with colourful and original posters
The election is to be held on
September 20.

portion of the school as well, as
the auditorium and a storage
building which is still' in the pro-

gym equipment.

enance of the high school in
Murdock's absence. •

Viiitors With Mr. and Mrs.
Norris Messenger and family on
Labour Day week end were Mr.
and Mrs. Frank Fordham from
Hamilton, their son.Gary and
daUghter Ruth who had just
returned from a photo safari to
East Africa. Ruth had many good
photos and interesting experienc-
es to relate.
Also-visiting with Norris and
GrOlia-Wa-s-Gerald-Hiem-Simba- -
from Nairobi, Kenya. Simba is
in Canada for two years, sponsor-
ed by the Government of Kenya,
to learn about the manufacture
and use of Canadian farm mach-

trade negotiations between' Kenya
and Canada. '
Miss Mary Pace, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Bill Pace, has com-
menced her studies in the R.N.A.
course in Wingham and District
