While on their wedding trip in
August , Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Stan-.
ley of Lucknow visited in
Adelaide, Australia with Mr. and
Mrs. Seven MacLean.
Beven is, tpe son of Mrs. Bert
MacLean of" Kincardine and the
late Mr. MacLean. The Mac-
Leans were formet residents of Kin-
lough where''Beven and Floyd
attended public school together.
Beven, who is married to. the
lormer-Joanne-Pentland-oLlianov -
er, is employed by the Royal
Bank and has completed .1 year
of a two-year period in Australia
where he is learning the merchant
banking system 'there.
Floyd was married to Lynne
Stevens, a Vancouver native, on
August 5th and they -returned from
their honeymoon to Hawaii, Figi
and Australia on Monday of last
week, just in time for him,to re-
sume his duties 'as,principal of .
Ripley -Huron Central School.

McArthur Reunion
A McArthur family reunion pic-
nic was held on the farm of Bert
Bushell on Sunday, September 3,
It was attended by relatives as
far away as Victoria ,.B.C. Tob-
ermory , Sarnia, Collingwood and

io , • which made the total rise to
,:84.
There were races held, but the
most spectacular feat of the day
was made by Bert Bushell, who
came in third in the, men's race,
for 18 years and over.
After the entertainment of the
afternoon a picnic style supper
was enjoyed by all.
