Mrs. Herman Phillips of Luck-
now passed away in Wingham and
District Hospital'on Friday, Sept-
ember 1st yin her 82nd year.
The funeral service was. held

Mr. and Mrs. W'allace ,Pollock

73 Ontario Dairy Princess by vir-
tue of her win at the Canadian
National Exhibition On Thursday.
Sherry', who resides a mile
north of .Ripley on the 15th, the
county road , was scheduled to
enter Grade 13 at Ripley District
High School this Fall, but her.re-
cent success will mean Sherry
will postpone her grade 13 educa-
tion-for-one-year-T---For--the-ncxr
year she will be employed by the
Ontario Milk Marketing Board in.'
a public relations capacity and
her work as Ontario Dairy Princess
will take her to many parts of
