steps to terminate or vary this
agreement shall give notice to
the otherparty prior to the 30th
ofJune in any year with effective
date of termination or variation
to be not before the 30th of
June in the following year.
Board also agrees, to be respon-
sible for the transportation of said
pupils and to provide •transporta-
tiop facilities comparable,to •
that provided for students attend-
-ing-schools in Bruce County.
4. The Huron Board agrees
that students residing in that por-
tion of Bruce County that on Dec•
ember 31,, 1968, Was under the
jurisdiction of the Huron-BrUce
-District-High-School--Boa-rthand---
that are not included in the ,area
described in Schedule "A",shall
-attend schOols in Bruce County.
5. The tuition fees payable by
The Bruce Board to The Huron
Board shall be in accordance with
Section 72 ofThe Schools Admin•
istration Act and amendments
thereto from time to time , or
such other act or regulation as
may be in• effect from time to
time. /
6. Effective September 1,
1973, students living in Bruce
County outside the area designat-
ed in Schedule "A" shall be
transferred to schools in Bruce •
County in accordance` with the

with a -score 22-16 in favor of the
Rocket team.. , -
The Wroxeter girls team,
Cuties, managed by George Ham
ilton and the Gorrie Sweety Pies,
managed by Dave Neilson, play-
ed with the Wroxeter team win-
ners. A game with Whitechurch

Wednesday evening to play one
