village and surrounding area are
ohivacation. On Friday morning
Mr, and Mrs. Frank Martel, sons
Jean Pierre and Rene , along with
Miss Mary Weber, left for a few
weeks trip to Algonqiiiii Park,
Northern Ontario and Quebec.

July meeting in the 'Sunday
School room during Church ser-
vice. Clarence Wybenga gave
the call to worship and all sang
the C,O.C. hymn.
Lori Purdon read the s,pripture.
Prayer was given by Clarence
Wybenga. The minutes were
read by Barry Elliott and the roll
call was answered by 17, naming
a tree of .the Bible.
The offering was received by
Donald Irwin and David Ross gave
the offering prayer. A reading.
The Way God's Going was given
by Stephen Irwin.
Mrs. Purdon gave the Jr. story,
Along Winters Nap. Mrs. Hugh
Simpson gave the Sr. story of
George Leslie, McKay and the
Books of the Bible. Barry Elliott
gave the'closing Prayer followed
by all repeating the Lord's Prayer
in unison.

Wingham and Ripley,. a member
staff since 1965 was presented -
with several fine gifts this past
week. Miss Machan has taught
art here from the first 'to the
fourth year of the five year course
at the school and girl's physical
education. Next September she
will be on the staff at Kincardine
District High School.

meeting was held at the home of
Mrs..„ Lyman Sutton. Nine mem-
bers were present and answered
the roll call with the word "Fath-
er". .The President Mrs. Don
Robertson opened the meeting
with au,poem "The Logic of
Christian Missions". The Lord's
prayer was repeated in unison.
__Mrs___Glenlialdenby_read a
letter from her sister Miss. Sandra
Percy from the Indian Mission at
Winnipeg expressing-her apprecia
tion, for $10:00 which they had
sent earlier. Conveners for the
program were Mrs. Alex Percy
and Mrs. Glen •Haldenby. Mrs.
Percy read "Where do you 'fir in?"
'Mrs. Glen Haldenby read the
scripture followed 'by prayer by
Mrs. Alex Percy.
•• A film "A Vision'of Isiah" was .
shown and questions followed.
Mrs. Alex Percy conducted a
bible contest on one of the proph-
ets, and led in a litany.
People of Africa was the topic.
