Ontario, operating under the name of Marhan. Shoes made an
assignment on the 27th day of June, 1972, and that the first meet-
ing of creditors will be held on the 18th day of July, 1972, at
10:30 o'clock in the forenoon, at the office of Audrey' M. Bell,
the Official Receiver at the Court Rouse; in the City of Owen
Sound, in the Province of Ontario.
