that the keepers' trophy. for the

made to cater for the Grade 8
graduation banquet being held on
Thursday evening, June 29th'.
The Knights of Columbis Com-
munion Breakfast is also being
catered on Sunday, June 18th.
Mrs. John Austin visited the sick
and shut-in during the month of
May.

Family Prayer for Vocations.
Mrs, Joe Courtney , President of
St. Joseph's Council, welcomed
members and guests. Mrs. J9e c.
O'Keefe read the minutes of the
last meeting for St. Joseph's -
Council.. .
Mrs. Dennis Dalton has donated
an afghan. Mrs. Jim Gilmore
and Mrs. .Bill Hogan are hooking
a rug. These will.,be used as
prizes in a raffle.
The minutes of St. Augustine
Council were read by Mrs.
Cyril Boyle. The' deadline for
clothing for Combermere is June
26th. Mrs. Clarence Doherty
read the financial report for St:

read. The roll call was
answered by an embarrassing
moment. Twenty two ladies
were.present. Mrs. Kenneth
Cameron gave the financial
report. Mrs. Robert Struthers re-
made plans for a 50th wedding
anniversary.• Mrs. Clarence
Ritchie , Supply and We-lfare Con-
vener, made arrangements for,
packing the June bale of clothing.:
Charge of the devotions. Rcord-
ings of hymns were heard and
some familiar hymns, Onward
Christian Soldiers, 0 How I Love
Jesus, The Little Brown,Church,
were sung. Mrs.'Brock Cleland•
read the scripture. Mrs. Mel -

Garden" and Mrs. Harold Greer
a reading "One Talent". More
