FRONT YARD

The entire community was
numb with shock and, grief on
Sunday evening and ,Monday when
word spread quickly of the shoot-
ing death of Donald Donaldson of
Teeswater and the' wounding of
his18-year-old•son Steven and
Steve's friend Douglas Wall,
19, son of Mr. and Mrs, Morley
Wall of the 10th of Culross.
DOn Donaldson, 41, Teeswater
businessthan, was gunned down in
front of his house on Elora Street
-in Teeswater and died of chest
wounds before reaching Wingharri
Hospital.
Steve was wounded in the abdo 7
men and underwent extensive sur-
gery upon admission to.
hospital. He was in Serious Condi

ment the early, part•of the week..
Doug Wall received a bullet
wound in the, thigh. He is in
Wingham Hospital and is in satis-
factory condition.
Police later arrested Dale Mc-
Kee, 21, of Teeswater , a resid-
ent of the 10th of Kinloss.at the
time of the' shooting , and charg7
ed hinfwith one count of murder
and two of attempted murder. He
was lodged, in Walkerton jail-.
Police offered no motive for
the shooting, but threats on the
