sympathy to Mrs. A. E. Purdon,
and Gordon MacKay of Wingham
in the passing.of their brother
Jack MacKay,of Wawota askat
Chewan and•to his brother-in-laW
Robert Mowbray and nieces and
nephews.
Mr. MacKay passed away sud-
denly'April 10th at his hope Wa-,
wota Saskatchewan in his 92nd
year.
He grew tomanhood in this
community, taught school for a
few years, and then went west,
where he farmed and taught
.school.
Mr. MacKay in recent years
came east several times and re-
newOd friendships with the folks
of the community, who will re-
gret to learn of his passing.

and Kathy of Teeswater visited
Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Carm-
an Whytock and Jac,kie.
Mrs. A. E. Purdon spent a few
days last week with her daughter
Mrs. Jack Maclntyre and Mr.
MacIntyre of Wingham.
