Combine bread crumbs and

ground ' beef; blend thoroughly.
Shape into 'a round loaf in 9 x. 9
x 2 inch baking pan. With a spoon,
make a depression in •top of loaf.
Combine the second irkcup apple-
sauce, brown sugar,: vinegar and
mustard; pour,into depression in
meat loaf, Bake at 3566 for:1 hour.
Cut in wedges to ,serve. Makes 4
