girls from Lucknow C G 1 T. • ••
went on a 21 mile bike ra -thon
from Lucknow to Amberley and
.back. The girls left Lucknow at
9. 00 a.m. and were in Arnberley.,.
at 1030.
After resting, for an hour and
eating their lunches, they made
the return journey - only a ' trifle
slower All were back in Luck -
now by. 2: Oa p„m 7.,a weary,
dusty, stiffened fourteen. One
bike gave out, but thegirls were
made of better stuff.
