A special meting of White
church Water Signers was called
to decide two issues on..Monday
evening, in Whitechurch Commun.
ity Memorial Ball with an attend-

It was decided that Robert, •
Mowbray be allowed to open the..;
main line' to, take the water across
the road and that all expense
resp'onsi;bility be assumed by him

to look after the main line of the
Water•System.

main line can not be opened after
November 1st unless 'a meeting is
held for approval or if trouble
arises. . •

from the homes near the park for
the skating rink.'
