Correspondence was read, including Offer of 'an,• ftem for the museum.' The Curator., Mr. (Jordon Hep- burn; in his report stated that; visitors this year totalled 9709 receipts being up some $375.00 from l`st year. ,Over 8,50 school •children with their teachers visit ed the Museum: this year., He •also expressed appreciation to the•staff; Mrs: Morton and Mrs. Gateman who help out dur,in• ' during the curators.absenc.e,,Mrs.. _ •McRitc,hie who attends the tog House when ho;Institute •is present for the' Museum and to all Worrien's.Institute' Members for their support of the Log House , and. Many'lovely gifts were receiv ed by. the bride elect , who thank ed everyone and expressed 'her appreciation to Mrs. Campbell. and those who helped to arrange -the shower.
