A. couple of items in last week's Advance Times came as some-
what of a shock. to • the . people of peaceful Wingham. Drugs! 'All this
time' we thought we were different.. Kincardine hada problem. It was

Nowwe—are._going;, to- have a meeting to grapple, at' long last,
with a problem which has been, with us for months.
A year ago most of the young people in high school could have
told us the navies of the pushers - but we didn't even, ask. Consider-

out that drugs were an emergent threat, particularly to young people,
and •it would be a good idea to initiate a program of . information and
education in the high school.
