Bruce had understood” that only three papers in Bruce 'County received'. such an honour.. We were quite aware of Teeswater's award as we. had presented' Alby Worrell with a similar type framed certificate on behalf of the Ontario * Weekly Newspapers Association in addition to the Province award presented by Murray Gaunt.
