The Dungannon United Church
Women met on December 12 for
their Christmas meeting. Mrs.
Nelson Pearson, the president pre
sided. The roll call Was answered
by a Christmas Verse.„A Christmas
pageant in charge of Rev. G.
Wright and some of the ladies, was
very interesting and Mrs. Lorne
Ivers had a Friendship carol and
candle lighting service..
Mrs Ross. Eedygave the treasurers
report and donauiont were given to
the Board of Stewards. and'to•the
M and M. The report' of the
nbminating committee was given
by Mrs. Fred Young and
installation- of officers will be in
January. The report'of the visiting
committee was given by. Mrs.
Cecil Blake andshowed the commi-
ttee .had a busy year visiting sick,
shut-in and neweminers .in the
