The.last general meeting of the�
.Lucknow United Church Wone'rt'for
1967,,'took the form of a pot luck
supper in the Feilowshfp.roorin; of
the church, Tuesday, December.
12th at 6:30, p.m, Sixty-seven
_members and four visitors sat down
to a bountiful supper, after which
the president, Mrs. Harvey Hous-
ton welcomed. all, present tad
°opened the meeting with a Christ-
mas poet.
Mrs: Ken Cameron, ' program ,
convefier, opened the devotionals
with prayer which -was followed by
a hymn, Mrs. Alex Andrew read
portions of scripture pertaining to
the Christmas story, Attributes to,
Christ in the writings of the apost
les, were given. by Mrs,. 'Elwin •:
Hall, Mrs. Vernon Hunter and: Mrs;
Jas. Arnold. A hymn was "sung,

Alex .MacNay "Keeping: Christmas"
by .Henry Van Dyke. This portion
