Allason taught three years', •one
year at Hamiltonand two years at
Port PerryShe teaches all grades
french in :the 5 -year, course and
grade ll English and Grade;l2. •

Her outside interests include`
German, which she teaches in night
school, music - she has her.

interests in school are shown in the
way, she enters into Extra -Curricular
events and lends a helping hand: to
the ski club;', volleyball, arts and
hobby club, book club -and choir:
She isa. talented . singer and "gets
going” on;the french songs' in our
French club , , which ,she.leads by '
herself..
In Mrs. Allason's 3rd year univer
sity•she studied in Europe the lang-
uages ;French, German and _Spanish.
She feels you must: "live in a' place"
to get to know what it is like. •The
best way. to do this is to live in'.a
horde and get to know the' people'
and their culture: "Studying thea'
culture of your own country. is ...;
important before leaving for .anoth-
•er country" she said. A very
economical way totravel is by
youth hostels• and, it is also a very• .
