Dave, Moore, Road Superintendent ;then reported oil the•Road work and answered some of rhe:complaints :with regard to rough roads this Fall which was, due partly'to graders being on ,construction when'the roads were' dry enough to grade . , The calcium chloride appeared to. keep the roads sloppy in this extra wet season. Mr: Moore felt Huron. should be, putting, 40,000 yards' of 'gravel on the roads instead of the 23,900 yards which are put on. .Russel. Needham complained of (the untidy condition the dump is in and thought :the ,township would have to hid"e a•caretaker part time to' supervise the dumping. Ernie didwnot seem to mind and answered them. as if he were, runn , ing for a seat in Huron. He thought the calcium which was used last summer was mastly •wasted, money due to the wet weather. Some other, ratepayers wanted to get action started against the pro- posed, County School Boards: Election for.
