A:' GLIMPSE, OF' THE PAST; Was First tight Keeper At Point Ckirk Lighthouse John•Young,•born in Scotland: in 1806 , ,came to Canada in '1826 with the Militia. 'First he settled near Grimsby and dater' joined his brothers in Colborne ,Township; 1n. 1860 he became the first light- house keeper at Point Clark, Bruce County. He married Agnes Henderson and they lived in a small stone cottage :beside:the light house.
