A -28-foot fibreglass sloop, beaten
twice by Lake Huron, was raised
from 65 feet of water and brought
into dock at Goderich Sunday.
Owners of the sloop' valued at
about $18,000, are Mr. and Mrs.
Robert Chandler, of Detroit,, who,
guided a rowboat to, the safety of •
Point Clarke'' August 11 when the
sloop floundered on rocks about one
half 'mile offshore..
The•: -day after she floundered, *thesloop, with a hole in her hull r' was.s
taken: off the. rocks by tugs from
MacDonald Marine, Goderich.
