I contacted*everal of 'these concerned to s my delight.: Although they had not yet received ;the annowno ent'(un- doubtedly due to'a delay in the malt or' a mistake in in sync uoniz- ation) they expressed their pleasure on receiving $169,149,04 in .grants. .It, is inconceivable to int why Mr. Laney'is 'so. upset .
