orous contest using local names

program, Joyce was escorted' to
her place of honour by her sisters
Shirley and Janis Steele and an
appropriate address was read by
Linda • Reid. Joyce was assisted by
her sisters and "gill friends in open-
ing her many lovely gifts. A:.,
fitting reply was made by the bride
elect who Thanked everyone for
their gifts and those who had
arranged the shower and program,
She extended an invitation to every
one to come to her home where
her trousseau was displayed. A
dainty lunch was served by the
committee. in charge .and a social
time was enjoyed.. :
