My Grandfather., Thomas McDon-
ald and his

ald were born, in Ayrshire Scotland,
ln,the year.1861 they came but to
Canada to.Atcaster, On.tatio,.
In 1855 they came to Huron Town
ship and each bought a; farm, side
;by side on concession 5 My Grand.
father built a log house and cleared
the 'farrn as it was all bush. ' Later.
on he built a houseand barn which
still stands on the farm,.
My Grandfather and his first'Wife
:raised • a. family of 3 daughters. 'His

They raised a family of•2'daught-

My Grandfather passed on in 1892;
leaving the farm to his.son (my

He married my mother (Sarah'
Baker) of Holyrood . They raised a
family of 3 sons;and 1 daughter: He
passed on January, 31st , 1960; lea v -
