He attended. Lucknow Public and
Nigh Schools for his early educat.
ion. He then went to taiversity of
Western Ontario where he took a

history,, He graduated after four
'years,. in 1965
That' fall Mr. McDougall Joined
,the staff of Lucknow High, He feels
