The inaugural meeting of Bruce
County Council, will be held this
year for -the firsetime in the audit-
orium of the. Walkerton District- '.
Secondary School; at.7 39 p.m. on
Monday',,' January 16. Last year this
session was moved from. the ,Coup-
cil-Chambers in the County Build-
ings to the auditorium of the Walk-
erton Town Hall. This- year .it is
being; moved. to ,the Walkerton
District Secondary School so that
even more, of the • public will be
able to attend' this most interesting'
session., ..
The main'business of the evening
Will be the election of the Warden •
for 1967 and this. is being contested
by Frank Field:, Reeve • of ,Teeswat -
er and.: Earl Reaburn , Reeve of Ches
ley..:Also to. be, elected .are. two'.
Members to the Highway
Committee and, those running for.
these two positions are: Wallace.;
Wilton; Carrick Township, David
