voicing the evening newsreel.. for
CFPL-TV..
During his long news care er . he
hasachieved many "firsts". He
was the': only private Canadianbr,
of QueenElizabeth. He was the
only private Canadian broadcaster
to travel with and report on the
'Khrushchev Tour of the United
States. He was one of the first
newsmen from a private Canadian
station to visit Russia; he went to
Wirth Africa in 1964,.:and'to dee.;.
