THAT Bill Habkirk, a former res-
ident of Lucknow and now of Al-

at Western Fair Raceway in

THAT Rev. Neil McCombie of Rip-

at the 109th anniversary of Knox
Presbyterian Church in ' Blue -

quet at the Kincardine Curling

group of presidents of Nursing

Canadian Nursing Home Associ-

the Associated Nursing Homer
of Ontario, He was scheduled to
leave Toronto at 4 p,m, Tuesday
for the flight to Winnipeg.

that all students registered in
grades 9. to 12 must return to
• Lucknow District High School on
Friday, June 24th at 9 a.m. Bus-
es, will go out in the usual man,
°,ner and will return before noon.
All text books belonging to .the

which time the deposit will be
refunded. Report cards will be
issued at this time.
THAT Mrs. R. V. MacKenzie, 88
year old Lucknow resident, is
a patient in St. Marys Hospital,
Kitchener with a broken hip. The
• break was set on Saturday.
THATC—Mrs. Harold Ritchie of
Lucknow has .been employed On
apart time basis at the Sentinel
for several weeks • doing news-
paper and advertising make-up.
THAT Mr. and Mrs. Dave ac -
Kenzie of Kincardine and form-
erly of Kintail recently moved to
• London. Dave is employed by
Western Ontario Livestock Sup-
plements Ltd. and his work is
centred in that area He has
been wh the firm for several
• year and their office is in'Lon-

been at Pineereit Manor in Luck -
now, suffered a fractured hip In
a fall last weekend. and is a.
patient in St. ,Joseph's Hospital j
in London, Mrs, Currie, who is
87, is the mother of Mrs. Morgan
Henderson of Lucknow.

• Luelcrsow, who has been employ-
ed at The Sentinel on a part
• time basis for the past six mon-
• ths handling the typing of news,
• commenced work. Monday at The
• Lucknow Wood Products.
THAT Ann Carruthers, .daughter
• of °Mr. and Mrs. John Carruthers
• of London, has successfully pas-
sed her first' year University. at
Western with honour standing.
THAT George Bushell, a former
Lucknow High School student,
completed his first year of the
General Arts Course at Western
tlniversity, London, with an A.
- standing.
