iOn Auxiliary Were entered. in
Group a at the Walkerton. Bowling.
Tournament- last Thursday, and
all reported' a wonderful time. ,.
The team under captain Mrs. J
McNaughton won the consolation
price. and Mrs. Evelyn :Barkwell,
the prize for the "best sport" of
the 2 -day tournament. -
A team from. Mitchell war "first
prize in GroupA,.: and also won
the Rachael ameron• Trophy;
Second prizewent to Walkerton,
andthey also'wen the. Jean Mac
Naughton•Trophy.
In Group B, the high, score went
to a team from Exeter and they
also wonthe Luella Hall Trophy
`or Zone C-1 High. The high
ariple .in,Zone C-1 went to Peg
•Hunte-Duvar of Exeter,,, and: for
this,she won the Kathleen Forster
Trophy.. Second high team was
Ripley and low went to Lueknow.
Many door prizes`were given
out. •A barbecue was won by Mrs.
Ron' Forster of Lucknow:,
A lovely turkey supper was en-
joyed and music by Hap Swatridge
