Sage of Ethel. A passenger in ;the 4. Laperle vehicle, Art Cooper, received bruises to his nose and .neck.` Another passenger, Mrs. Cooper,' and the driver; were not injured. Mrs.. Hackett, who was alone in her car, was thrown, against the steering; wheel' in the impact. She was admitted rto Wingham Hospital and later removed to Victoria Hospital in.London.. •Both cars received -extensive damage. tucknow Presbyterian .Church .1S presently engaged In a project of repairing the stained glass windows on the north and.south upstairs the front and the tower of the church. .The same type of job was done on'tbe basement windows about :four years ago. the' window job is being done by Bullas Glass of Kitchener, who aro removing the windows and renewing and: repairing the lead. Through the years. the weather and deterioration has taken its toll,, ' and the present job being done .will prevent further deterioration from exposure. A plain clear glass is being installed outside the .stained' glass windows which will protect the windows: - from the weather as well at giv- ing further insulation value for the church building. The stained windows have to .be taken away for repair and. 'a clear glass is being installed as a temporary measure.
