It was moved by Councillor

Sproul - ,That the Township of ;
West Wawanosh ,agree to accept
the County road between Auburn
and Nile back into the jurisdiction
of this Township,in Conjunction
with Colborne Township. . •

and Sproul. That the Municipal
Corporation of the `Township pf •
West Wawanosh apply to•the Dep-
artment of Highways for a work
order to build sidewalks in the Vt1-'
lage of Dungannon, with the work
to be done by. 'Huron County forces'
to the satisfaction of the Road Sup-
erintendent.
On a motion by Councillors Err-
ington and Smyth, Council gave
first and second rearing to. By-law
No, n8, .19.66,; which is the "Todd
Mti� c p.al.Dr'ain by-law", and also
authorized the: Clerk to deliver
copies of the by-law to owners ass
essed in,the drainage area. ` Court
of Revision on the said by-law will
be held Monday, April llth, at
$,30, p;m.
