Month In Hospital
Mr. and Mrs. Orville Jones of
Lucan were: visitors'in town last
Wednesday. :Orville broke his
knee cap in.Noveniber while in:•
stalling sewers at his home.
He spent a month' in St. Joseph's,
Hospital, . London, 'and then•corr
valesced at his hOrne...His trip
to Lucknow was one of the first
times he has been able to drive
a car 'since his accident.
The word salary comes from "sal-
arium" . meaning salt money, since
Roman soldiers received part of
their pay in salt:
