Agriculture Minister J.J,Greene
has announced, that the Agricul-
• tural• Stabilization Board has in-
creased its. selling price for butter •
by two cents per pound.:
Mr,, Greene emphasized that
this action' Will have the effect of
increasing producers'. prices. for
manufacturing milk and cream b y
ati equivalent amount and should
stimulate production;• thus bring
ing about a better balance bet- •
ween supply. and, demand. He
noted that under current pricing,
schedules insufficient butter is '
being produced to rneet domestic
demand.

butter, basis delivered in store -
