JOHN G. •McCALLUM
After a lengthy illness, John
G.
McCallum passed away at Bruce
Lea Haven in Walkerton on De-
cember.10, in, his forty-ninth year
Born in Huron township. on June
25, 1917; he was the son of the;;
late7Neil McCallum and Emily
Jane Marshall. He was educated
at S. S. 3 public school and later
attended the Ripley Continuation
School.'
For several years hi wasem
ployed at . the Circle -Bar Knit-,
ting Company, later going into
the,shoe business for, himself.
Some. years' later he branched out.
and opened•,ariother shop. at Rip-
ley.-

into the -real estate field, first
learningthe trade in, Toronto. and

ducted at the Linklater Funeral.
