Lastly the third yea will •be essentially practical, and th© Student will apply himself to the machines and apparatus used for brewing, and to the diseases of beer; besides; fiscal legis a ion, company laws, etc. Besides prac- tical work in brewing and nnalysis, he will be enabled to visit the principal great breweries at home and abroad.
