Elizabeth Rath, beloved wife of

• A very sudden doath • occurred on
Tuesday of last. week when Mr.. Robt.
A. Scott passed away, after only a
few hours illnese. His death Was
caused by the berSting of a • blood
vessel fel .the head.. During the after -
wen he comelaieed of a severe pain
in the' back of hie neck, but went ab-
out as usual, and et tea . time was
feeling much better. Shortly afteehL
was taken very ill, eufferingeextreme
vainitt the head followed; by con-
vulsions which ..reselted • int his death
shortly after ten p.m. The decease.d
who was in his, 52nd year was a, life
long resident of this vicinity and was
brought, up on the farm on which lee
death occurred. Fre was a brother of
Dr. Stott of this town and Mr. And-
