Mrs. Catharine Miller died yeeter-
day at the home of Mr. Willia.m
Smith of the Bayfield Road. She
wags a native of Iseland, bat the fame

. Me. Thames E. Hanlon, brother of
Rev. Father Hanlon of Clinton, died,
St. Joseph's .Hospitai, London,
last Thursday morning, after a three
. weeks,' illness from typhoid fever. The
late Mr. Hanlon was, me of the best--
known railway men et Ow London
distelet. He has been in the employ
'of the Grand Trunk fer nearly fourt-
een' years, seven of which,' were spurt*
at 'the London depot. He was a gen;
