late. Further than this, the man of

indication of a mild winter. Whether
'that be so or not, a poultry shoW at

moulting. Eggs are just now so scarce

The first 9f these is when the young girl

this time she is very often pale,"evealt, and
nervous, and unlens her healthis built up

a prey to consumption or be a weak woman
for life.
The eecond period is motherhood, The
draM on the system is great and the ex-
hausted nerve force and, depleted blood
require replenishing. Milburn's Heart and
Nerve Pills eimply the elements needed to
do this.
The third period is ((change of life" and
this is the period when she is racist liable
to heart and nerve troubles.
A tremendous change is taking place in
the system, and it is At this time many
chronic diseases manifest themselves.
Fortify the heart and nerve system by the
use of Kilburn's Heart and Nerve Pills and
thus tide over thie dangerous period, lqrs.
jams Zing, Cornwall, Ont., writes:

I have ever used for building up the system.
