Marks lost a, Yalu able horse last week, its mate having, died about one month prior to this leaving Mr Marks to buy another span to work his farm. The breaking of a belt in Mr Thomsons flour mill caused one days delay, but no one was hurt by the accident, and the mill is now doing al old time business in the flour trade, The Yacht U. O., which was bound from Port Dover to Georgian Bay was storinstayed hoe, and had to be hauld out of the water owing to ice forming on the river.
