adjourned till 2 o'clock P. in. or-
der to secure the attendave el wit-

The Court resumed at 2 o'clock,
when Catneron stated that au ar-
rangement had been come to be-
tween counsel, and that the proe
stecution wauld agree to the posts
ponement asked by defendants,
provided it could legally be granted.
In the meantime, at the request of
