Orange Incorporation Bill Fame up
for its second reading, and as was ex-
pected from the present eonstitution
or the Rouse, wee defeated by a vote
of 105 against and 68 for.
Mr. Cameron (Victoria) moved the
second reading of the Act to teem'.

the advanced stage of the session it
