of Appeal this morning judgments were
given in the East Middlesex and East
Simcoe election appeals. .Chief Justice
Hagerty presided, and Justices 'Osier,
Burton and Paterson were present. In
the Middlesex ' election 'case the court
held that the election was valid. The

of the election, which was therefore an in-
